Aoolia's mission is to help everyone see better by offering quality glasses at affordable prices. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
90-Day Warranty
Customers will enjoy a 90 days warranty (90 days from the date of receipt), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
30-Day Exchange & Return
Unsatisfactory glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange/return. Please kindly note that the ''exchange order'' is not eligible for another exchange/return.
If we made a mistake when processing the order, such as making the wrong prescription, sending the wrong items, etc, please return the wrong item. we will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit. Additionally, we will promptly send the correct item to rectify the mistake.
Any unexpected issues caused by the customers, such as filling out the wrong prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or personally don’t like the glasses, etc, you can return the products, but you need to bear the shipping fee to return the order. If you return for a refund, please notice that shipping fee and custom lens charges you paid when you placed the order, if any, will not be refunded. If you return to exchange, the new order will be sent to you once we receive the return package.
*The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
For exchange, if there is a difference between the price of the new item and the price of the original one, the difference need to be paid. Here are further details regarding exchanges:
1.If the original order only has frames and accessories, the original order amount (excluding shipping fee) can be used as a deduction towards the new order;
2.For customized glasses, the lens price in the original order will not be used as a deduction towards the new order. However, we offer a 50% discount on lenses if you need a new glasses.

Important Notice
Return/Exchange Service Procedure
- If you need a return/refund, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of the website.
- Please write down your needs and order number clearly, You need upload your original prescription if you have a prescription issue. For damaged/defective glasses, pictures are also necessary.
- Once we received your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from us prior to chasing us up as it might have gone into this folder. Alternatively, you could directly contact us via Live Chat (24/7 available). Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service representative.
About Return
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
- If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of Aoolia representatives to get an authorization.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
- *If you used PayPal account to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
- *If you used credit card/debit card to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your credit card/ debit card about 30 days. 30-day is the maximum time, and in most cases, the refund will be reflected on your account in about one week, depending on the processing time of your bank.
